►Introduction
Control cable is a kind of electrical cable and its each nominal cross section is same. They are featured by insulation material to avoid the current passing through them. They are widely used in the power station and transportation. And the screened feature makes the control cable resist the errosion from the underground and increase the conductivity.


►Standard
 

The control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988,IEC60227(60502,60332),DIN, BS, and our factory can also manufacture the cables in accordance with other standards.3 Application Properties

►Feature
1, Long-term service temperature of the cable conductor: 70 centigrade.

2, Rated voltage: 450/750V.

3, Cable lying temperature ≥0 cenigrade.

4, Cores: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 19, 24, 27, 30, 37, 44, 48, 52, 61.

5, Sectional area:0.75~10mm2

►Properties
1, The long-term permissible working temperatures are: PVC 70°C, XLPE 90°C

2, When laying the cable, the ambient temperature of laying should not be lower than 0°C.

3, When it is flexible structure, not armoured but with screen, the minimum bending radius is ≥6D; When it is armoured or with copper tape screen, the bending radius is ≥ 12D (D is the cable overall diameter)

4, The product has good mildew resistance, waterproof, higher mechanical performance of outer sheath, and excellent abrasion resistance property ;“R” types products have good flexibility, which can be used for frequent moving occasions.


►Application
The control cable are suitable for the wiring of electrical controlling equipments and instrument,monitoring and controlling return circuit,electrical protection and measurement in power distribution unit under the circumstance that the rated voltage is up to 450/750V.
