Scope of application

System

This product is suitable for fixed laying in the distribution network or industrial equipment with AC 50Hz and rated voltage 3.6/6kV.

Occasion

It is mainly used in the underground power grid of urban building communities, the leading lines of power generation and substations (all), and the use of power supply and distribution. For example, it can be used in power distribution in industrial and mining enterprises where the flame-retardant characteristics of cables are required.

Product Characteristics

Service characteristics

Rated voltage

The rated voltage is 3.6/6kV, and the maximum voltage of the AC system should not exceed 7.2kV.

Operating temperature

The maximum allowable working temperature of the cable conductor for a long time is 90℃. In the case of short circuit, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ° C and the duration shall not exceed 5s.

Ambient Temperature

The minimum ambient temperature for cable operation is -10 ° C.

Laying Temperature

When installing and laying, the temperature should not be lower than 0℃.

Bending Radius

When single-core cables are not armored, the recommended minimum bending radius is 20D. When single-core cables are armored, the recommended minimum bending radius is 15D. The minimum bending radius of a three-core cable without armor is 15D. When three-core cables are armored, the recommended minimum bending radius is 12D.

Note: D is the outer diameter of the cable.

The outer sheath of the cable is usually black, but a color other than black can also be used in accordance with the manufacturer or buyer's agreement to adapt to its use environment. The cable shall have continuous identification of the manufacturer's name, product model and rated voltage, and the manufacturer's name identification may be repeated identification of the manufacturer or trademark; The distance between the end of one complete mark and the beginning of the next mark: shall not exceed 500mm on the outer sheath of the cable; The cable insulation or tape should not exceed 200mm. The printed logo should be erasable and not fall off, and the printed content on the surface should be legible. Note: The logo on the surface of the sheath can also add other content according to the custom of the user or the manufacturer.

Delivery and Tolerance

Delivery Length

Cables weighing less than 80kg are allowed to be delivered in circles, if there is no agreement, the delivery length is not less than 100 meters. Delivery of short sections of cable not less than 20 meters in length is permitted, the quantity of which does not exceed 10% of the total length of delivery, or any length of cable may be delivered according to mutual agreement.

Length Error

Delivery length measurement error is ±0.5%.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

Packaging

Cables in rolls or coils should be neatly wound and properly packed. The cable tray shall comply with JB/T 8137-1999. The cable ends should be securely sealed. The cable ends extending out of the disk should be covered with a protective cover. The length of the cable ends extending out of the disk should be less than 300mm. The cable package should be labeled with: manufacturer's name, model, specification, rated voltage, length, quality, manufacturing date, standard number or certification mark, the correct rotation direction of the cable tray, etc.

Transport

Transportation is generally in the form of vehicles and ships, and the cable must be firmly fixed during transportation to avoid bumping or tipping over to cause damage to the cable or disc. Do not lay the cable tray flat. It is strictly forbidden to drop the cable tray containing the cable from a height during transportation.

Storage

The finished cable should be stored in an environment where the temperature is between 0 and 40 ° C and the humidity is below 85%, so that it is not directly exposed to sunlight or rain, and it should be properly ventilated to keep the environment dry. Cables are stored and used in accordance with the above requirements and can generally be used for more than 25 years.

Installation Notice

During installation, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 ° C. The bending radius during cable laying should be strictly controlled to avoid mechanical damage inside the cable.

Test

Cable inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

  • 01 Factory inspection

    Ex-factory inspection includes 100% inspection and sampling inspection.

    100% inspection items: conductor resistance measurement; Partial discharge test; Voltage test.

    Sampling inspection shall be carried out on the cable after 100% inspection items have been completed and passed.

    Sampling inspection items: concentricity of insulator; Conductor inspection; Dimensional inspection; Voltage test; Thermal extension test of XLPE insulation.

  • 02 Type inspection

    Type test sample cables should be randomly selected from the cables qualified for factory inspection, and the sample size is 3.

    Electrical type test items: bending test and subsequent partial discharge test; Tan delta measurement; Heating cycle test and subsequent partial discharge test; Impulse voltage test and subsequent power frequency voltage test; 4h voltage test. Non-electrical type test items: measurement of insulation thickness; Measurement of non-metal sheath thickness; Mechanical properties test of insulation before and after aging; Mechanical properties test of non-metal sheath before and after aging; Additional aging tests for finished cable segments; ST2 type PVC sheath weight loss test; High temperature pressure test of insulation and non-metal sheathing; Low temperature performance test of PVC sheath; Cracking resistance test of PVC sheath (thermal shock test); Insulation water absorption test; Undelayed test of a single cable; XLPE insulation shrinkage test; Strippability test of insulation shield; Water permeation test.

Acceptance Check

  • 01

    The purpose of the performance acceptance test is to check whether all the properties of the contract products meet the requirements.

  • 02

    The site of performance acceptance test shall be the demander's site.

  • 03

    The performance acceptance test shall be carried out within 6 months after the 168-hour full load trial operation of the product, and the specific test time shall be determined by both parties through negotiation.

  • 04

    Installation of measuring points, primary components and local instruments required for performance acceptance test shall be provided by the supplier and cooperated by the demander. The supplier shall also provide the technical cooperation and personnel cooperation required for the test.

  • 05

    Content of performance acceptance test

  • 07

    The performance acceptance test shall be conducted by the demander and participated by the supplier. The test program shall be provided by the demander and determined after discussion with the supplier. The specific test shall be completed by the testing department approved by both parties.

  • 08

    Confirmation of performance acceptance test results

    The performance acceptance test report shall be prepared by the testing unit, and the conclusions of the report shall be accepted by both parties. If there is any disagreement between the two parties on the results of the test, the two parties shall settle it through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, it shall be submitted to the superior departments of both parties for negotiation.

  • 09

    When a performance acceptance test is conducted, if a party fails to send personnel to participate in the test after receiving the test notice from the other party, it shall be deemed to have agreed to the acceptance test results.

Manufacture Supervision

  • 01 Supervision basis

    Refer to the former Ministry of Power Industry, Ministry of Machinery Industry issued by the electricity Office (1995) No. 37 "Interim Provisions for the quality supervision of large power equipment", "General representative group working Regulations in large power equipment manufacturers".

    Refer to DL/T 586-2008 Technical Guidelines for Equipment Supervision.

    GB/T 50319-2013 "Construction engineering supervision Code", GB/T 19000-2016/ISO 9000:2015 "Quality management and quality assurance" standard.

    The relevant commercial terms and technical agreements in the equipment purchase contract signed between the user and the manufacturer, including the documents, letters, correspondence and so on, which have legal effect.

    The product equipment drawing confirmed by the user and the manufacturer and the modification notice issued by the design unit.

    Technical documents and design drawings related to national standards, industry standards, enterprise standards (subject to the latest version). If the standards adopted by the technical documents and the design drawings are inconsistent with each other, the national standards, industry standards, and enterprise standards shall be adopted as the recurrence order.

    When the design drawing is inconsistent with the reference standard, the requirements in the standard shall prevail in principle, except for the special requirements of the parts.

  • 02 Supervision method

    Document witness, site witness and stoppage for inspection, namely R point, W point, H point.

    Each time after the completion of the supervision content, the supplier and the supervision representative will perform the signature procedure on the witness form. The supplier shall deliver one copy to the buyer's supervision representative.

    Point R: The supplier only needs to provide inspection or test records or reports of the item, that is, document witness.

    Point W: The inspection or test project attended by the representative of the buyer's supervision, that is, the on-site witness.

    H point: When the supplier stops to wait for the inspection or test of the buyer's supervision representative, that is, the project is stopped for inspection.

    Upon receipt of the witness notice, the Demander shall promptly send a representative to the site of the supplier's inspection or test to participate in on-site witness or stop work for inspection. If the representative of the Demander cannot attend on time, point W can be automatically converted to point R, but if point H is not agreed to be converted to point R by written notice of the Demander, the supplier will not transfer to the next process and agree with the Demander to change the witness time. If the buyer is still unable to participate on time after the change, the H point will be automatically converted to R point.

  • 03 Requirements for suppliers to cooperate with supervision

    3.1 The supplier shall have the obligation to cooperate with the demander's supervision and provide relevant information in a timely manner without incurring any costs.

    3.2 The Supplier shall provide the demander's supervision representative with the convenience of work and life.

    3.3 The supplier shall inform the Buyer's representative of the equipment supervision project and time before witnessing the site or stopping work for inspection.

    3.4 Demander's supervision representative has the right to check (borrow) the technical information related to the contract supervision equipment. If Demander considers it necessary to copy and file, the supplier shall provide convenience.

    3.5 The supplier shall provide the inspection and test records and reports to the supervision representative of the demander after the witness.
